Our client, a customer service orientated company, is currently seeking a General Manager with expertise in the retail and/ or training industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the business. This is a key leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share
Manage and mentor store employees
Ensure that all operations are efficient and aligned with company standards
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
Work closely with the training department to develop and implement training programs for staff
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, merchandising, and operations to ensure seamless business operations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels in stores
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts
Stay updated on industry developments and apply best practices to drive business growth

Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in management in a B2C environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of operations and industry trends
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in training and development is highly preferred
Proficient in using management software and systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as required
