General Manager

Position Overview

Phoenix Proconnect is representing a National client in South Florida that is seeking a dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee their operation. This client is committed to delivering top-tier service and is looking for a strong leader to drive success. As the GM, you will be crucial in supporting company sales, quality, and profit goals. You will enforce operational policies, procedures, controls, sales, and reporting systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, planning, training, coaching, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your mission is to lead the team toward exceeding all Key Performance Indicators while focusing on delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Minimum Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a management role
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Driven personality with a passion for success
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-level customer service
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Availability to attend to operations over the weekend on Saturdays
  • Experience in air conditioning, plumbing, or electrical is highly preferred
  • You will have experience in integrating multiple businesses.

Essential Job Functions

  • Communicate and implement the company's vision, mission, and overall direction.
  • Lead managers of other divisions
  • Drive sales by implementing effective processes and training
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape
  • Evaluate success or failure using strategic performance indicators
  • Manage and develop staff
  • Optimize workload to maximize profits and Client utilization
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance to ensure asset protection and control
  • Develop department KPIs
  • Record And track inventory and all company assets.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure All equipment and materials are up to proper operational standards.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to providing a best-in-class service experience.
  • Ensure employees have the necessary tools, equipment and resources for success
