$2,500 bonus upon completion of training

Experience And Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in quick-service restaurants
Culinary experience (prep & cooking)
Front of house/ service experience
Experience with cooking equipment, maintaining, troubleshooting issues, general comfortability with use
Responsible for the financial health of the restaurant (profit & loss statement, forecasting, strategizing for growth)
Scheduling & payroll experience
Experience in recruiting, hiring & training
Experience with managing teams of 25 + employees
Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
Open and willing to embrace change
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership.
Duties
Ownership of placing product orders, invoicing procedures & maintaining store COGs and budget
Maintaining daily labor duties; time card edits, tip management system, scheduling, weekly payroll, managing labor budge
Ownership of store financials; P&L statement, monthly financial recap, ability to find solutions to areas of concern
Owning all Guest relations (hospitality, Guest troubleshooting, responding to Guest emails)
Ownership of all employee relations (employee reviews, progressive discipline)
Equipment maintenance and upkeep. Knowledge of proper cleaning, troubleshooting and use
Ability to step in and execute the duty of any station (cashier, ice cream, griddle, fry, mid, expo)
Manage all store leaders, FOH & BOH employees
Ensuring BOH & FOH standards are followed and adhered
Time management of self & employees
Ensuring store is opened or closed following Small Cheval procedures
Training and development of new hires
Coaching and development of store leaders & all hourly employees
Works alongside store leadership team and Small Cheval Director Team to execute new
initiatives and maintain a harmonious work environment
