About Us


We are a small team of health tech operators who have collectively raised hundreds of millions of dollars from renowned technology investors, including 8VC, Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Softbank, and many others. We have built and held pivotal roles at three behavioral health unicorns.


Now, we are targeting the most critical challenge in the behavioral health industry: the overwhelming administrative complexities that devour 40% of the industry’s operating margin. Our mission is clear— to dissolve administrative overhead by building behavioral health’s first AI-native employer.


About the Role


At The Support Network, exceptional providers are the heart of our mission. We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to expand and enhance our provider team. As our first and founding recruiting hire, you will play a pivotal role in rapidly establishing a robust hiring framework and attracting top-tier therapists and psychiatrists.


Responsibilities


  • Interview therapists and psychiatrists, ensuring high-quality care on our platform.
  • Design and execute a rigorous and efficient hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality therapists and psychiatrists.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and ensure we attract the best talent in the industry.


Qualifications


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector, and a track record of successfully scaling teams.
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion for fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments and eagerness to work at a rapidly-growing startup.
