2024-25 | Extended Day Teacher
Madison Country Day School is seeking an experienced professional Extended Day Teacher.
Extended Day Teachers are responsible for supporting the Director of Campus Operations with providing fun & engaging content to students who check into our after-school programs from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on school days. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who has experience in child care and/or teaching.

Essential Functions:
- Passion for education
- Interest in team teaching
- Experience in providing enrichment, aftercare, or clubs in K-12 education
- Commitment to attendance, check-in/out, and parent pickup safety procedures
- Provide fun, engaging content to students
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for students, parents, volunteers and colleagues
- Ability to supervise HS counselors
- Willingness to serve in both indoor and outdoor duties
- Flexibility to serve in a variety of teaching and supervision roles
- Basic cleaning and pickup of the Extended Day classroom
- Maintain positive interactions with parents
