An entry-level Sales and Operations Manager can make a difference in our clients' direct communication strategies by working with our sales, customer service, and management teams.

Our entry-level Sales and Operations managers are excellent organizers, focused on customer service, and up to date on the industry standards. You will connect client services to the local community, discuss the best options for potential consumers, and assist them through the sales process. All new employees receive proper entry-level training appropriate to their department. For our next entry-level Sales and Operations Manager, we are looking for someone eager to help manage entry-level representatives, exhibits terrific customer service, has strong problem-solving skills, and loves to work in business!

Entry Level Sales and Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Initiate direct communication with members of the community to discuss client products and services and incite the sales process
  • Build vital knowledge of the industry and comprehensive client abilities to provide the most complete customer service possible
  • Continue communication with new customers beyond sales closure to guarantee a smooth activation of client services
  • Organize trainee development to ensure that they are meeting client standards and reaching their sales and customer service goals
  • Assist upper management and other entry-level Sales and Operations Managers in connecting departments within the office for efficient business operations and continued progress
  • Attend and conduct training sessions on customer service, sales process, client expectations, product knowledge, and marketing strategy to ensure that all employees are on the same page and performing effectively

Basic Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales and Operations Manager:

  • High school diploma is required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is favorably preferred
  • 1-2 years of success in customer service
  • Positive and practical communication skills
  • Reliability in time management and completion of duties
