The Enterprise Account Executive for Automotive Dealership Groups at UVeye is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive expansion, within major automotive dealership groups, such as Penske, Asbury Automotive Group Inc, Lithia Motors Inc, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers amongst such groups.This role plays a pivotal part in expanding UVeye's presence in the automotive industry.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:



Account Expansion:

  • Develop and maintain expansion plans for each dealership group, mapping each group, outlining growth strategies and engagement initiatives.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each store/region within the group.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted dealership groups.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each dealership's requirements incorporating data and success metrics from existing stores within each group.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set for the assigned accounts.

Contract Management:

  • Manage contracts - pricing, and service agreements with dealership groups.
  • Ensure contract compliance and renewals.

Collaboration with internal teams:

  • Close collaboration with the CSM team, specifically with the CSMs of accounts within assigned dealer groups to ensure satisfaction and advocacy amongst existing customers within assigned groups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to facilitate campaigns, events, dinners and demo days to accelerate expansion
  • Collaborate with the Product to tailor offerings to dealership group needs, including features, integrations or reporting needs

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of dealership group accounts.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 Years Experience in Enterprise Sales/Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successful expansion in the automotive industry with national dealership groups.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with C-suite leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel , PPT.
  • Willing to travel (up to 50%)

Ideally, we're looking for:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Worked in a startup company.
