Position Overview: Tutor
You will provide personalized one-on-one instruction to students in specific subjects or academic areas. Your responsibilities will include:
Effective Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication, students, and clients.
Tailored Instruction: Assess students' understanding and develop customized lesson plans to meet their individual needs and learning styles.
Engaging Instruction: Deliver clear, engaging instruction to foster student learning and engagement.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and offer necessary support for academic success.
Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure student achievement.
Schedule Management: Manage your schedule flexibly to accommodate student needs and maintain a positive learning environment.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of professional tutoring experience in Elementary Math.
1+ years of online tutoring experience.
Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop with headphones, and a suitable environment for tutoring sessions.
Strong subject matter expertise and excellent communication skills.
Compensation And Time Commitment
Pay: $25 per hour.
Schedule: Initially around 10 hours per week with potential to increase. Availability on nights and weekends required.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere as part of our distributed team.
