About The Role
The eCommerce Marketing & Merch Manager is a motivated, detail-oriented, experienced digital merchandiser responsible for using best practices in executing site content and merchandising strategies across a combined B2B and B2C website. The eCommerce Manager should feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing external and internal relationships.
The eCommerce Marketing & Merch Manager will report to the Sr. Manager Ecommerce Marketing and Operations and will serve as a lead member of the eCommerce team managing the site experience and diverse projects to improve the performance and user experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the planning and execution of the site experience
Loading assets accordingly for campaigns on a bi-weekly basis
Develop the Merchandising strategy for each new brand and product launch
UI/UX Optimization: Continue to find areas of optimization with clear objective of increasing conversion rate
Brief in site asset requests to support campaign planning, marketing, sales and digital marketing campaigns
Manage all aspects of design, development, and optimization of site experience
Assist product owner team in translating our needs into technical requirements, communicating with development team, integrating with third parties, and defining/reporting on performance metrics
Be a collaborative partner to external design and technology partners on working on core strategic projects
Marketing: Build seasonal promotions, support seasonal campaigns; funnel optimization for digital marketing and CRM
Merchandising: Collaborate on merchandising strategy and story-telling
Qualifications
6 years of eCommerce experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in a collaborative environment with defined results
History of managing direct reports and mentoring others
Experience working with external technology and design partners
Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and goals, digital marketing, eCommerce and brand strategies

Salary Range: $110-120k
