Stellar Biotics LLC is an innovative health supplement company with products used and loved by customers throughout the world for over 20 years.

Based in Rockleigh, NJ, this ecommerce-based company manufactures a leading all-natural supplement, del-IMMUNE V®, offered in a full line of human and pet products. del-IMMUNE V® is a first of its kind; a metabiotic (probiotic derivative) that provides immediate broad-spectrum immune support while balancing and healing the gut microbiome. Stellar Biotics currently sells through three Shopify stores, Amazon, and Walmart. 

As we pursue the expansion and optimization of our digital presence, we are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Manager to oversee our digital infrastructure and help us navigate future growth.

Any experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, vitamin, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the functionality of various ecommerce platforms (Shopify), marketplaces (Amazon), and apps, to routinely execute various digital marketing or operational initiatives.

• Conduct daily monitoring of Shopify stores, apps, marketplaces, and related email accounts, to ensure proper functionality and execute maintenance/update tasks as needed. 

• Lead, educate, and act as a liaison between customer service, inventory/operations, and accounting/financial departments to facilitate ecommerce-based tasks for various operational procedures.

• Work closely with warehouse, operations team, and customer service to ensure functioning integrations, facilitate order processing, and to manage product inventory levels within websites/marketplaces. 

• Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies using knowledge of the following ecommerce/marketing areas: PPC advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, sales/promotional events, functionality of various Shopify apps. 

• Develop and implement plans to address potential disruptions or emergency situations(e.g., website/app/marketplace crashes). Ensure quick and effective response to minimize impact on the business and customers.

• Manage and cultivate communication with various third parties to help nurture working partnerships for various marketing/operational purposes.

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Expertise in: Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central

• Seen as a plus if one has experience with the following Shopify apps: Recharge Product Subscriptions, Klaviyo, Okendo, Rebuy, Gorgias, Smile, PageFly, UpPromote Affiliate Marketing)
