Ecommerce Manager
Reporting to the VP, Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, the eCommerce Operations Manager will be an integral part of optimizing the DTC experience and be responsible for website operations, merchandising, and the overall customer journey on the company’s .com website.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with front end developer and product designers to execute areas of opportunity to optimize digital store experience
- Lead the merchandising operations ensuring products with high revenue potential are featured
- Partner with brand and operations to ensure strategic marketing goals are aligned with and able to be supported by e-commerce execution.
- Responsible for defining workflows of content management processes including necessary technology enhancements to CMS
- Act as the “first responder” for any issues on the website—and funnel fix requests through appropriate parties
- Analyzes customer journey data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience. Implements strategies to enhance user interface, navigation, checkout process, and customer service.
- Develops and implements CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates and improve online sales performance. Conducts A/B testing, usability studies, and site analytics to identify and address conversion barriers.
- Tracks and analyzes eCommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, all web behavior. Generates regular reports and insights to inform decision-making, product prioritization and measure the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives.
- Cultivates relationships with eCommerce platform providers, technology vendors, and third-party service providers. Evaluates new tools and solutions to enhance eCommerce capabilities and efficiency.
- Manage the execution of promotions, including sitewide sales, promo codes and special offers
Basic Requirements:
- 3-5 years of ecommerce experience, working cross functionally with product, customer service, & marketing teams
- B.A. Required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, fast-growth environment
- Experience in Shopify a must
- Experience with data analysis and presentations
- Strong project management experience a must
