Ecommerce Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a E-Commerce Platform Manager a global food company with a rich heritage, focused on creating authentic flavors for kitchens worldwide. The team in Southern California is seeking talented individuals to join us as we grow our digital business.

Position Summary: We're looking for someone to drive the digital business growth by developing demand strategies, managing digital marketing channels, analyzing data for optimization, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2. This position will be onsite during first 90 days then run on a Hybrid schedule in Southern California.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement digital demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Utilize social listening for consumer insights.
• Manage social media campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for optimal customer experience.
• Stay updated on digital trends for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets.

Competencies:

• Experience in E-commerce, including promotions, customer reviews, and loyalty management.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of E-commerce experience.
• Ability to derive strategic planning using platform data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to travel Up to 25% for meetings, events, and possibly international travel.
• Fluency in English; Chinese fluency is a plus.

Salary Expectation: 100,000k - 150,000k +
