POSITION 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Manager with a strong background in managing Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our online store, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires an analytical thinker with hands-on experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, and customer engagement. 

 

WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU DO: 

 


  • Shopify Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability. Implement and maintain Shopify apps and integrations to enhance functionality and user experience. Monitor site analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions. Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. 
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements. 

 

 

 

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and implement strategies to increase online sales and average order value. Monitor sales trends and develop action plans to address any issues or  
  • capitalize on opportunities. Collaborate with the product development team to align inventory with customer demand. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on eCommerce performance and initiatives. 

 

 

Requirements: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing an eCommerce platform, with a focus on Shopify. 
  • Proven history of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Metrics and KPI’s.  Northbeam experience a plus. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
