Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Auburn, WA. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales platform, managing product listings, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and maximize the online presence of ARB's products. Qualifications Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and customer behavior Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sales Skills: Experience in sales and achieving targets E-Commerce: Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms Marketing: Proficiency in marketplace sales strategy (eBay and Amazon) Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Customer Focus: Commitment to providing exceptional customer experience Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
