Ecommerce Manager

LOCATION:

• Charlotte, NC. Onsite 5x a week for the first 90 days and then hybrid, 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to optimize the E-Commerce presence and effectiveness across North America, beginning with the US.
• Manage and grow relationship with Amazon, including achieving sales and profitability goals, optimizing the end-to-end commercial process, and overseeing forecasting, item and pricing management, and payment and rebate management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance website effectiveness, ensuring it communicates desired information to end users and distributors effectively.
• Build and execute strategic business and channel plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets within the E-Commerce channel, including managing third-party providers and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 5 years of ecommerce experience
• Experience with ecommerce on Amazon (1st party seller experience required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with track record of collaborating with sales to drive results
• Experience within CPG industry is preferred
