E-commerce Manager and Amazon Specialist (Independent Contractor)

10 to 20 hours per week (Part-time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager and Amazon Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is pivotal in driving growth and maximizing opportunities within our Amazon channel, including working with/overseeing an outside team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, growth strategy development, digital marketing, and extensive experience with Amazon platforms and ad management.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon.

Manage all aspects of the Amazon channel, including product listings, content optimization, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.

Conduct in-depth analysis of Amazon performance metrics, sales trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of Amazon initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads, to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to Amazon and e-commerce to inform strategy development and execution.

Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage within the Amazon ecosystem.

Provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Act as a subject matter expert on Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring compliance and optimization of all Amazon activities.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce management, growth strategy development, and digital marketing, with a focus on Amazon platforms.

Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth through Amazon channels, with a strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms and marketplace dynamics.

Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other relevant Amazon tools and platforms.

Experience managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, with a deep understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
