What’s the position?

The role of this position, VIP National Marketing Director, is to develop and further our VIP promotions and events. This will be a key role on the VIP team, with emphasis on successfully creating customer loyalty and collaborating with multiple departments including but not limited to Omni, CRM, Brand, Product, and Customer Service. This position will work in unison with the VIP and deliver a seamless experience to customers as they navigate through our ecosystem.


  • Build, lead and scale VIP Special Events & Promotions team to drive VIP Acquisition, retention and reactivation.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures and Best Demonstrated Practices around VIP marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with CRM team to execute on VIP segmentation, lifecycle campaigns and channel programming.
  • Lead VIP Analysts to provide regular performance reporting and ensure VIP campaigns are analyzed pre- and post-delivery.
  • Use data driven insights to test and optimize spending while refining our long-term VIP strategy.
  • Lead VIP efforts in optimizing our loyalty program, looking for opportunities to ideate and test on innovations to increase retention, player value and wallet share.
  • Drive continuous feedback loop from VIP players by partnering on user research and survey initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, advising business stakeholders on best practices, including VIP promotional strategy.
  • Responsible for prioritization of on-site and on-line content across promotions, markets, and campaigns
  • Monitor competitive activity in applicable states.
  • Create and execute on “buzz-worthy” events that drive VIP engagement and help support growth of player spend via FOMO
  • Collaborate with property marketing teams for opportunities to collaborate on larger Hard Rock International meet and greets, watch parties, F & B promotions, property only drawings, etc.
  • Lead special projects as assigned by VP, VIP
  • Flexibility with schedules and ability to travel when needed.


What are we looking for?

Proven performer

  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM, Marketing, or Operations
  • Experience in land-based VIP casino or sportsbook marketing a plus

Relationship Builder

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external partners.

Problem solver

  • A track record of analytical thinking & outside the box solutions to achieving business goals.

Multi-Tasker

  • Someone undeterred by multiple concurrent projects, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.

Expert Communicator

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Service Provider

  • Ensuring that partners are informed, supported, and provided with exceptional service.
