📢We are looking for our next Director of Finance and Administration North America for our Finance area in Miami, who will be responsible for leading the Financial Services, Administration and Procurement departments for the LATAM group in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), Central America (Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama) and the Caribbean (Aruba and Dominican Republic) and coordinate the controllership issues related to LAN Cargo and its subsidiaries, in order to ensure the proper compliance and development of the company's financial operations, the efficiency in the administration and purchasing process, and the compliance with local and regional regulations.

✍️What would be your main challenges?

• Ensure the accounting record of LATAM Group's activities in the region and LAN CARGO at the network level.
• Procurement coordination for the LATAM Group in the region. This includes certain direct purchases and coordination with the corporate procurement team.
• Support the Revenue Accounting area with Corporate U.S., including support to NA Passenger Management in preparation and tracking of fixed cost budgets.
• Reconcile ACMI aircraft leasing contracts of the Cargo business (dispute resolution with third parties, etc.), negotiating with the supplier to follow up on compliance.
• Analyze and propose corrective measures for the accounting and tax impact and risk of LATAM Airlines and its subsidiaries' operations in the region, and LAN CARGO and its subsidiaries at the network level.
• Responsible to local authorities for audits performed by them on any operation of LATAM Airlines and its subsidiaries and LAN CARGO and its subsidiaries in the region.

👍What do you need to be our next Director of Finance and Administration North America?

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related careers is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive financial position is required.
• BIlingual English-Spanish is required.
• SAP and MS Office tools management.
• Outstanding analytical, leadership and communication skills.
