What You’ll Do
The Director of Excellence will support the Social Impact Solutions group, ensuring alignment of priorities, facilitating communication, and driving key initiatives to successful completion. They will play a crucial role in supporting leadership in managing the key initiatives across a variety of functions, including operations, business development, and organizational strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and the aptitude to foster strong relationships across the organization.

In This Role, You Will
Strategic Support: Provide high-level strategic support in decision-making, project management, and execution of company-wide initiatives.
Integration Management: Oversee and coordinate the integration process between and key partners, ensuring seamless operations and alignment of goals.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact with internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
Project Management: Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings; track action items and follow-up on deliverables.
Analysis and Reporting: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support in making informed decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive organizational goals.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the executive office.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Four (4) or more years of experience, in a similar role, preferably within the professional services or consulting industry
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
