Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for auxiliary services.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and pursue revenue opportunities.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient daily operations of all auxiliary services.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Customer Service: Promote a customer-centric approach and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and policies, and manage risks effectively.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports and conduct analyses for improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Hospitality, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years in business management or auxiliary services, with 5 years in leadership.
