Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a Detroit MI-based automotive manufacturer who brings engineering, technology, and design together to create innovative vehicles, energy solutions, and in-vehicle services is seeking a Data Analyst 2 in Warren, MI. Overview: The Connected Operations team is entrusted with the crucial task of protecting the customer's connected vehicle experience from the point of purchase and throughout its entire lifespan. Specifically, within the Technical Operations division, our primary focus is to guarantee that customers have exceptional performance and experiences when utilizing digital services with their vehicles. In our fast-paced work environment, we foster innovation, leverage data analytics, and value a keen eye for detail to continuously enhance the services we provide. Daily activities for this individual:

• Metric review and impact analysis
• ETL/data migration maintenance
• Report/data optimization of massive record sets
• Report/dashboard creation
• API/Telemetry LOB support
• Bug/incident creation and tracking
• Technical triage support
• Ad hoc projects/reports
• Requirements gathering

• High-level skills

• Analytical thinking

Tools

• SQL, Big data (Spark/Hive), ETL, Unix shell scripting, Databricks experience and Power BI or Tableau
• Nice to have: KQL, Python
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
