Reporting to the Supervising Producer, the Creative Services Producer will play a vital role in the production of marketing, promotional and sponsored content. This person will be involved in the entire production process, from ideation and the video execution to the final edit and delivery. This person will use their passion for sports and knowledge of visual storytelling to help NESN Creative Services achieve its content goals.



Please note: This position requires 4 days onsite with one day remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Creative Services leadership, Marketing and Sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver strategic creative visual content that aligns with network branding guidelines.
  • Capture high-quality footage using professional-grade camera equipment, ensuring exceptional composition and lighting.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and visually impactful videos using Premiere and After Effects.
  • Composite/incorporate graphics, animations and other visual elements to enhance to overall quality and storytelling of the content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in entertainment marketing, video production, cinematography and editing techniques.
  • Delivering multi-platform video content and formatting deliverables for different aspect ratios.



Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant creative agency or post-production professional experience preferred.
  • Demo reel of current work demonstrating proven experience in video shooting and editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Premiere, AfterEffects) is required.
  • Ability to independently operate DSLR cameras (C300 Mark III) and field equipment at a highly-proficient level
  • Proficient knowledge of content development for advertising and promotional spots, including script writing and print copy writing
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently but also within a team environment
  • Proven collaborator with strong communication, organization and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of the NESN brand and the New England sports landscape
