Job Description
Our client seeks 2 interim contract leaders to provide support to the Member remotely 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday. Specifically, the Resources will: Manage Member’s contracts and ensure contracts are renewed prior to expiration;
Prioritize projects, lead negotiations, manage requests for information, requests for proposal processes, facilitate team support, and document business relationships Member supplier(s);
Analyze costs and financial implications of Member’s contracting activities;
Assist Member with negotiation of contracts, as needed;
Develop objectives and implement sourcing strategies with Member’s leadership;
Submit contracts in order to facilitate data systems upload and ensure contracts are implemented properly;
Compile and communicate Member’s pipeline of opportunities and the performance of the opportunities that are implemented by Member’s supply chain and departments; and
Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Member’s code of conduct.
