Auxis’ Digital Transformation practice partners with clients to solve high value operational and productivity challenges by redesigning processes, ways of working and implementing digital technologies.

As a Consultant for the Digital Transformation practice you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing innovative technologies, and enhancing the overall digital experience for our clients. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client needs, recommending technology solutions, and developing implementation strategies that are tailored to each client's unique requirements, both individually and as part of a project team.


Responsibilities include......


Digital Assessment/Roadmap:

  • Engage with client leads and team members to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Support the identification of digital implementation initiatives that align with clients' business objectives and industry standards.
  • Exhibit proficiency in conducting business-technology assessments, identifying potential improvement opportunities, prioritizing and creating thoughtful recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Support the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Analyze clients' current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digitization.
  • Design future-state processes, leveraging digital technologies, to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience with relevant industry insights.
  • Collaborate with clients' teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of digital solutions, guiding change management efforts and overcoming resistance.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation:

  • Assess clients' technology landscape and identify current-state challenges, recommend appropriate digital solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Identify solutions to business problems through the use of technology enablers.
  • Implement digital solutions, working closely with technical teams to ensure successful integration and alignment with business requirements, while anticipating risks and issues.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with clients' stakeholders, including department heads, and end-users, to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate ideation sessions, and communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure holistic and integrated digital transformation efforts.

Thought Leadership and Industry Awareness:

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to digital transformation.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property, methodologies, and frameworks related to digital transformation consulting.


Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Digital Transformation Consultant, guiding organizations through successful digital transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital technologies, such as automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foundational business acumen with general knowledge of digital transformation challenges.

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of key technology enablers designed for back-office productivity (RPA, Imaging Platforms, Workflow Tools, OCR, Task Managers, reconciliation solutions, etc.)
  • Experience implementing technology projects (ERP, automation, Business Intelligence)
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), query report writers, etc. and familiarity with ERP Systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications in digital transformation, project management, or related areas are a plus.
