We are a residential new construction contractor looking for experienced accounting professional primarily for AP and AR.
Job Duties
Process and pay subcontractor invoices.
Process back-charges and retainages for subcontractors
Reconcile weekly statements.
Help with other admin duties if ever necessary.
Reports to the accounting manager.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year past experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. (Preferably construction related)
Working knowledge of Buildertrend, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Construction accounting experience a plus but not necessary
Ability to work in a small office setting and commute to our office located in Orlando.
Detail Oriented, Dedicated, Trustworthy with Excellent Customer Service Skills
Pass a Background check.
