Mains’l Services has an opening for a full-time Support Manager. In the Support Manager role, you will be part of a team that supports others with their day-to-day activities in their own homes, communities, and in their relationships. This is a fun, unique opportunity in the Minnetonka area.

As the Support Manager, you will coach and work alongside your team and the people supported, helping them to live the life they want, including supporting planning, transportation, partaking in workout and wellness routines, cooking, and having fun. Come help us build community and make hopes and dreams a reality for this fun group of young adults.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with a great team of leaders to learn and grow. You’ll support staff scheduling, annual service paperwork, partnering with teams and the people supported to build their person-centered plans and make them happen.

Your day-to-day work may include:

  • Supporting the people you work with and your co-workers to gain skills and knowledge through ongoing teaching, coaching, and role modeling.
  • Collaborating with the people you work with and your co-workers and your supervisor to problem solve and create a positive culture and positive outcomes in difficult situations.
  • Clear and accurate scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and documentation
  • Gaining personal and professional skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development
  • Supporting others to realize their hopes and dreams.

Pay: $22.00 an hour

Schedule: Full- Time Hours - Flex, likely evening and EOW starting

Requirements:

  • 2-years experience as a DSP/IHS
  • Some leadership experience preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid MN Drivers’ license
  • Reliable transportation with valid insurance coverage
  • Ability to pass a background check through DHS
