Profile
The Clinical Supervisor will supervise all staff providing IBHS and report to Clinical Director.
Responsibilities/Duties
Adhere to required ratios for staff oversight, clinical supervision and monitoring
Conduct individual and group supervision to staff that provide IBHS according to IBHS regulations
Facilitate onboarding and clinical training of new staff providing IBHS
Provide IBHS staff access to supervision during the hours that IBHS are provided, including evenings and weekends
Maintain supervision documentation for each supervised staff according to IBHS regulations
Review and approve documentation in connection with development of treatment including but not limited to progress notes, clinical assessments, treatment plans
Conduct site visits regularly and act as primary point of contact for school staff and community inquiries
Attend and participate in inter-agency meetings, SDP multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) meetings and consultations
Ensure and monitor the IBHS program’s compliance with IBHS regulations and CBH Program Standards
Collaborate with School District and community partners in the implementation of IBHS
Participate in all mandatory supervision and ongoing training requirements as indicated by the Division and in compliance with IBHS and CBH regulations.
Assist with the completion of written orders for authorization of IBHS (as assigned by IBHS Directors based on program needs)
Required Qualifications
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), PsyD preferred.
The Clinical Supervisor Shall Have 1 Year Of Full-time Postgraduate Experience In The Provision Of Mental Health Direct Services To Children, Youth Or Young Adults And Meets One (1) Of The Following
Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a physician practicing Psychiatry, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with mental health certification or Clinical Social Worker
Be licensed in the Commonwealth as a Behavior Specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education
Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a Social Worker and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from a college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education
Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a Professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education
Program Summary
The RHD Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Team, a program of Resources for Human Development, Inc. support children, youth and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs. These services are offered in their homes, schools and communities. The Clinical Supervisor provides daily clinical supervision and consultation to staff who provide IBHS.
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. The final dose must be received within 8 weeks of hire (start date). This currently does not include boosters.
