Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our Unified Care team, playing a pivotal role in developing and implementing our chronic disease management program. You will collaborate with clinical team members both on-site and online, utilizing our advanced and Unified Care platform.

This role offers clinical hours eligible for medical school, PA, or nursing school applications.

Responsibilities

Utilize technical expertise to support patients, including elderly populations, in using our mobile app and medical devices.

Communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical proficiency, ensuring clarity in explaining technology concepts.

Coordinate with teammates, providers, and clinic staff to optimize patient care delivery.

Assist in patient care procedures, including vital sign monitoring and medical examinations under established protocols.

Maintain accurate electronic health records and manage clinic inventories and supplies.

Educate patients on medical issues and facilitate prescription information retrieval within established guidelines.

Coordinate clinic activities, ensure examination rooms are prepared, and support administrative functions.

Follow safety, environmental, and infection control protocols rigorously.

Conduct patient outreach calls as per provided scripts, scheduling appointments, providing follow-up care information, and promoting health education.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in a related field.

Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrated patience and empathy, especially in interactions with elderly patients.

Familiarity with basic medical procedures and terminology is advantageous.

Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.

Collaborative team player with leadership potential and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese is required.

Proficiency in computer operations and technical platforms such as Google Workspace (Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Zoom.
