Civil Engineer - PE

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and coordinate various infrastructure development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, including inspectors and materials testing technicians. As the key point of contact, you will assume the role of project manager for infrastructure projects across the regions of Nebraska and South Dakota, guiding each project through scoping, preconstruction, active development, and document finalization. This role involves regular travel and on-site work in diverse terrain and weather conditions.

Requirements/Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing construction projects related to roadways and bridges
• Additional experience in municipal construction, particularly in water, sanitary, and storm sewer projects, is highly advantageous
• Essential familiarity with federal-aid projects, with a strong proficiency in AASHTOWARE Project
