Your Role & Impact:

• Project leadership, managing and ensuring the success of projects from inception to completion, meeting client expectations and delivering within budget and schedule.
• Team management, lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Client Relations, develop lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and pursuing follow-on work.
• Strategic Contributions, play a pivotal role in contract management, resource allocation, and profitability of the department.

Experience and Skills:

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri, PE in Illinois and other states considered a plus
• At least a minimum 15 years’ experience managing complex projects and 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, and essential surveying technologies.

Educational Requirements:

• BS Civli Engineering.
• Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
