The Chief Financial Officer will work out of our Dallas office in a hybrid or as needed basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, and compliance. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Accounting, Revenue, and FP&A Departments including day-to-day operations of the corporate accounting functions, and development projects.
Monitor cash management, forecasting and risk management.
Interface with legal, 3rd party CPA firm, and auditors.
Experience with forecasting models, working capital management models, cash management/investment, enhanced controls and processes, enhanced cybersecurity, centralization through automation to take work off of onsite personnel.
Establish accounting policies and procedures based on GAAP and operational requirements.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closes.
Liaison to company and property ownership regarding financial related issues.
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Qualifications
10 - 15 years' of finance experience
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
Cybersecurity or Saas background preferred
