The CFO is responsible for directing the financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, the financial community and the Ownership and its members. In addition to providing strategic and operational support to the Resort, the CFO also supervises its finance and accounting operations.

General duties include:

Financial reporting and cash flow management of all business lines.

Annual external audit, including completing audit on time and on budget.

Development of the Finance Division budget.

Timely completion and accuracy of the monthly forecast.

Managing bank/treasury functions.

Improve all aspects of working capital.

Assist with preparation of Income Tax Returns and filing in a timely manner.

Essential requirements include:

Minimum 10 years' experience as Director of Finance or VP of Finance in a multi-property resort hotel setting.

Must have MBA.

Must be licensed CMA or CPA.
