As our Chief Executive Officer, you will lead Marin County's educational equity movement by spearheading our backbone team. You will foster collaboration among stakeholders to support students comprehensively, champion systemic change through data-driven progress tracking, and drive collective action.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization in closing educational opportunity gaps in collaboration with the leadership team and board.
• Develop county-wide educational performance metrics with local leaders and school districts.
• Establish our organization as a thought leader in educational equity and collective impact.
• Facilitate partnerships across the community to achieve ambitious goals.
• Oversee strategic growth initiatives while ensuring financial sustainability.
• Drive a robust community engagement strategy to enhance visibility and impact.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 annually
