FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY Chris Ligori & Associates is a dynamic and innovative law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and high-performance standards.
  • Manage 3 to 4 call center employees.
  • Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Answer phones and take down client information of current and potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent at articulating ideas clearly and concisely
  • Must enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding solutions
  • Consistently goes above and beyond on job duties
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Good work ethic
