We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Valuation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Business Valuation Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing the economic value of businesses and providing expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation support, and strategic planning. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, industry trends, and valuation methodologies to deliver accurate and insightful valuation reports to our clients.
Roles And Responsibilities
Conduct thorough financial analyses and research to determine the value of businesses, assets, and liabilities.
Utilize various valuation approaches such as income approach, market approach, and asset-based approach to perform valuations.
Prepare detailed valuation reports, presentations, and financial models that adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather relevant financial data and understand business operations.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on valuation issues related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial restructuring.
Support clients in litigation cases by conducting forensic analysis, preparing expert reports, and offering expert testimony when required.
Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact valuations.
Communicate valuation findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to clients, management, and stakeholders.
Assist in business development activities including client presentations, proposal writing, and networking to expand client base.
