Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with extensive experience in analyzing and optimizing business systems within a technology environment. You will play a crucial role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives by leveraging your expertise in system analysis, software design methodologies, and project management. Your work will support various business functions including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources or technology platforms such as Salesforce and Business Intelligence applications.

Key Responsibilities

• System Analysis & Optimization: Utilize your deep understanding of system analysis principles, methods, and tools to assess and enhance business systems. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Software Design & Implementation: Employ software design processes and methodologies to develop and implement technology solutions that align with business needs.
• Web & Application Support: Provide robust support for web platforms, financial systems, HR applications, or CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
• Data Management: Use SQL queries and SQL Reporting Services to extract, analyze, and report on data to support business decision-making.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and document test cases, perform testing, and ensure data integrity through meticulous data mapping.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• A minimum of five years as a business systems analyst in a technology setting.
• At least three years applying system analysis principles and tools.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree. Alternatively, a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, or practical experience may be considered.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Reporting Services.
• Extensive experience with software design processes and methodologies.
