This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Actively collaborate with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand processes, identify problems, and explore solution scenarios.
  • Craft detailed requirements using techniques such as activity diagrams, low-fidelity mockups, Jira user stories, and interface specifications
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation libraries to ensure products are easily understood and documentation stays current with the latest feature updates
  • Interact closely with the development and quality teams to ensure decisions on product requirements are handled swiftly to enable teams to maintain velocity

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

  • Worked for a minimum of 4 years in software business systems analysis
  • Seek to be a product subject matter expert (SME) in every interaction with stakeholders
  • Clearly translate business needs into product features and functions through detailed, actionable user stories that delight our customers, using tools such as Jira, Balsamiq, draw.io, Vision
  • Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to review and refine user stories, ensuring mutual understanding and facilitating effective planning and implementation throughout the delivery process
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field or equivalent work experience
