Title: Business Execution Consultant

Pay Rate: Starting at $48 an hour and negotiable up to the max rate

Location: Austin, TX

On-site: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm downtown office

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension/conversion to permanent

Interview process: 2 rounds

This Wells Fargo Consult on or participates in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Team Objective:

-The team is evolving to a production-type environment.

-Management of Widgets (Transactions) 30 thousand transactions are performed per year

-Compliance and regulatory assessments for 3rd parties, assessment of the risks

-The need for the resources is due to the development of infrastructure to improve workflow optimization

-Operations environment

Day to Day/Job Requirements:

-The need is for the resource to improve workflow optimization

-Workforce management-Performing health checks on execution and operations

-Extracting and scrubbing data, they will take data, export to Excel, perform pivot tables, formulas and present current and future status updates

-Utility type need-they will need to look at all activities and put them within a structured environment

- Analyzing production reporting

-Workload optimization, capacity optimizations

-Improved workflow execution through tableau dashboards

-Taking organization and streamlining into reporting

-Leadership perspective

-Presentation of where the volume of work is increasing and where it is decreasing

-Understanding the trajectory of the produced assessment

Experience Required:

-3+ years of relevant experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

-The real need is a fresh set of eyes, someone who can provide ideas fluidly

- Someone who can bring a fresh perspective on the software being used and assessments of the data, the team is very open to adapting the process for improvement

-Financial Services is not required, varying perspectives can make the team stronger

-Past experience in Operations and Workflow management is needed

-Production Reporting experience
