Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to assist in the market expansion of our brand. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support the Dealer Development team and Dealer Success team to ensure efficient management and execution of the Roof Maxx expansion strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for working directly with prospects to assist them during their discovery journey to help determine if they are a good fit for Roof Maxx. You will walk them through a process to ensure all questions are answered and proper expectations are set prior to making the decision about becoming a Roof Maxx Dealer.


● Develop and manage the sales pipeline of new dealer prospects

● Maintain and utilize our CRM tool ensuring efficient and agile lead flow

● Present to potential new dealers and investors

● Follow a sales process to work the prospect through each step of the process to ensure the entire business opportunity is covered and the prospect understands what is expected

● Establish proper expectations with prospects about the onboarding process

● Close the sale and bring success-oriented owners and entrepreneurs into the business

● Work closely with the operations team, ensuring a smooth transition when onboarding a new dealer


Qualifications:

● Driven to meet the monthly quota

● High energy, excitement, and passion

● Enjoy helping others fulfill their dreams

● Strong analytical and storytelling skills, being able to synthesize information for higher

management and prospective investors

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Bachelor’s degree preferred

● 7+ years of sales experience

Central or Mountain Time Zone is a plus


Compensation Package:

● Base Salary: $50,000.00

● This position offers the potential to earn uncapped bi-weekly commissions, allowing total compensation to be around $75K-$125K based on sales performance..
