Role: Biology Scientist

Duration: 12 months

Job Location: San Diego, CA

Skills Looking For

  • Junior scientist
  • Strong background in immunology, biology, and flow cytometry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in flow cytometry analysis software, such as FlowJo(BD-owned software) or FCS Express
  • Extensive laboratory experience, including handling human and animal tissue(only Mouse) samples.
  • Working with safe reagents avoiding complex models, viruses, and highly hazardous materials.
  • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing and presenting research reports
  • Familiarity with molecular biology techniques and protein expression assays
  • Candidates should also have experience in preparing and presenting research reports.
  • Analyze data that has been generated during the week and write reports are mostly PowerPoint

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Immunology, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of laboratory experience
  • PhD candidates are overqualified

Interview Procedure

  • Initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by team interview
  • Interviews likely to be conducted in person, locals preferred
