Providing expert advisors in key operational areas to emerging/established Investment firms 

Coaching direct-to-consumer (executive and career coaching)

Advising clients with Capital Introduction and Raising for Emerging Managers 

Investing in a portfolio of public and private companies that make a positive impact

Building SaaS applications for both enterprise and consumer use  

Providing Talent Acquisition and Development services to the financial industry

Who We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced BackendEngineer with expertise in Python Django, Flutter,and with a deep interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. Our company is committed to creating innovative and efficient solutions that address the needs of our clients. We prioritize the personal development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-end technologies, DevOps practices, and a keen interest in AI, while continuously striving for growth and improvement.  

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using Python Django for backend development
• Implement AI-based features and algorithms to enhance the functionality of our existing and future applications
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements
• Utilize version control systems, such as GitHub, to manage the codebase and facilitate collaboration among team members
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs, databases, and backend services to ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend components of our applications
• Utilize DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), to automate the deployment and monitoring of applications in various environments
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in the fields of AI, Python Django, and personal development to continuously improve our software development processes
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
  
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in Python
• Proven expertise in contemporary AI algorithms and frameworks, and proficiency in implementing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Proficiency in using GitHub or other version control systems.
• Thorough understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• A passion for personal development and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 – $135,000 with additional incentives including bonus and equity.
