Associate Program Advisor

Student Life at Madison College is hiring an Associate Program Advisor to work with our student clubs and support efforts to engage students in activities outside the classroom. This role will serve as the advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, which supports and funds over 60 student clubs.


The Associate Program Advisor is responsible for the oversight and management of the WolfPack Den, a student recreation center located at the Truax Campus. Additionally, this position serves as the primary administrator for WolfPack Connect, the college’s student engagement platform, providing technical support and training to students and employees who use the platform to manage student groups and activities.


This position plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for our diverse technical college student body, requiring a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges of our diverse student body.


This is a full-time, 52-weeks per year position, flexible working hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm, some evenings may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience. *Experience used as an equivalent of an educational requirement is in addition to any experience required by the position.
  • One (1) year of work experience directly related to the skills required for successfully performing the duties of this position.


Madison College does not offer H-1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.
