About the Role
Our client is seeking an associate Product Manager to oversee mobile app releases and spearhead the modernization of the mobile web platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining the mobile app release process to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Additionally, they will develop and execute a roadmap for modernizing the mobile web platform to enhance user experience and drive sign-ups. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to product development.

Responsibilities
Ensure on-time delivery of mobile app releases with high product quality.
Develop and execute the mobile web modernization product strategy and roadmap.
Identify and prioritize features that meet customer needs and company goals.
Translate customer feedback into actionable development plans.
Utilize data-driven insights for product quality assessment.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions.
Advocate for the customer voice in product development discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and launch products successfully.
Foster alignment among teams and stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and eliminate obstacles.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of product management experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in product-adjacent roles such as analytics, project management, design, or engineering.
Proficiency in web or mobile consumer products and familiarity with subscription models.
Passion for wine and industry knowledge.
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical, problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with bonus points for SQL/Mixpanel/Google Analytics expertise.
User experience design understanding.
Technical acumen in mobile and web technologies.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Positive, entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to a dynamic environment.
