The South Florida office of an AMLaw-ranked firm is looking for a practicing attorney to join its litigation group. The candidate should have solid federal and bankruptcy expereince and excellent legal research and writing skills. They should also be able to work in a collaborative team environment, manage a large caseload efficiently, and provide excellent client service. Ideally, candidates will have domestic and international commercial litigation experience.
Qualifications:
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft legal arguments and communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
Vital research and analytical skills
Experience with propounding and responding to written discovery
4-8 years of commercial litigation experience.
Member in Good Standing, The Florida Bar
