As an Assistant Project Manager with us, you will be an essential part of the team! You will assist Project Managers handling a variety of responsibilities and learning the way of a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project proposals by determining time frames, costs, procedures, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Work with documentation group to have all required submittal documents ready and organized.
• Act as liaison for inter-department and coordination of day-to-day operations for assigned projects.
• Maintain project documentation and updates with change orders.
• Participate in project review meetings with other contractors and customer representatives.
• Review change orders and updates pricing to maintain profitability and budget constraints.
• Assist with preparation of project reports for management, subcontractors, customers, engineering firms, and others.
• Fills in for Project Manager when needed for meetings, etc.
• Manage all project documentation
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Assist with estimation and bidding process
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 - 5 years' of relevant construction, controls, preconstruction or Project Engineer experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Desire to learn, grow and be a part of a team
