Art Producer

Our client, a marketing and advertising agency in LA, is looking for an Art Producer for a 5-day/week onsite contract starting ASAP through August. In this position, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of creative campaigns for a large travel client. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, photographers, directors, and other stakeholders to bring artistic visions to life. Your experience in both the artistic and logistical aspects of photography production will be fundamental in maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role requires 5-days/week onsite in Playa Vista, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production processes for still photography projects, from conceptualization to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and artistic visions.
• Source and hire photographers, stylists, models, and other necessary talent for photo shoots.
• Coordinate logistics including locations, permits, equipment, and props for photo shoots.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee post-production processes including image selection, retouching, and final delivery.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Ensure all produced content adheres to brand guidelines and creative briefs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in photography production.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven experience working as an Art Producer or similar role in marketing and advertising agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful still photography projects across various mediums and platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
