Job Description:

The APP/Clinical Recruiter will report to OneOncology’s VP, Physician and APP Recruitment. This role will be responsible for implementation of recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant, and other clinical openings across the OneOncology network.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains our recruitment strategy to attract high caliber Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical positions of behalf of our partnering practices.
  • Manages the process of reviewing candidate’s qualifications and documentations, conducting initial interviews, and determining quality and fit for culture.
  • Builds presentations of candidates to present to partnering practices.
  • Researches and participates in conferences, job fairs, and advanced practice providers opportunity events.
  • Builds relationships with training programs across the country to recruit talent to OneOncology partnering practices.
  • Coordinates recruitment activities with partner practices.
  • Develops and maintains advertising for recruiting efforts.
  • Maintains and manages outstanding communication with al clinical candidates.
  • Creates contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, firms, and other sources of applicants.
  • Develops data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interview process and hiring results.
  • Utilizes our Applicant Tracking System/Monday.com for all clinical candidate activity.
  • Successfully drives referrals and builds it as a vital source of hiring.
  • Maintains data-driven metrics to measure success.
  • Possess an independent work ethic while able to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years in healthcare recruiting (APP recruitment a plus)
  • Experience working across multi-functional teams and collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Finance departments
  • Proficient use of internet recruitment tools and applications
  • Some travel required
