Tech Business Analyst
Experience with the implementation/adoption of new SWIFT Payment message format ISO 20022; including tuning and BTL testing, implementing producer and consumer controls, and rolling out new thresholds for the impacted scenarios in production.
Experience with TM system Tuning and Optimization (including ATL/BTL analysis and sample generation).
Familiar with AML/CTF transaction monitoring guidance and understand regional regulations (specifically NYS DFS Part 504 requirements).
Document testing artifacts and deliverables that demonstrate the amended processes and functionalities.
Coding skills in SQL and Python, and experience with Hadoop, Apache Spark, Scala, CI/CD processes, Git Branching, and job scheduling tools (i.e., Control-M or Autosys).
Hands-on technical experience working with AML Transaction Monitoring systems (like Mantas and/or Actimize).
