Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Contact customer by phone/email to finalize collection of outstanding debts.
* Maintain professional and friendly relationships with customers.
* Record cash, check, credit card, wire, EFT and other payment types into accounting software.
* Respond to daily account queries and inbound calls and settle customer disputes.
* Prevent and resolve collections issues by establishing credit terms and limits.
* Reconcile customer accounts to ensure that customer's payments are applied correctly to invoices.

Qualifications:
* 3-5 years Accounts Receivable (including collections) experience
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong Experience with Excel and Word
