The Curriculum Developer is primarily responsible for defining, developing, and delivering courseware that accelerates customers’ proficiency with Chef, as well as their understanding of related concepts such as configuration management, infrastructure automation, and continuous delivery. The Curriculum Developer will also review, analyze, and update any existing training content and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality training.
This role will work with Opscode’s product development, consulting, and support teams to understand the essential knowledge and skills necessary for successfully utilizing Chef. Chef curricula will impart such knowledge and skills, and will include a mixture of self-guided web-based materials and also instructor-led courses in both online and classroom formats. All courseware will utilize a mix of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on lab exercises. Students will have varying backgrounds including software developers, system administrators, and IT management.
